In all our sessions, being true to yourself and loving who you are is the KEY to a successful transformation. 

Our initial sessions will be centered on your concerns and what’s on your mind. By becoming aware of your thoughts and feelings about situations, you will be able to understand yourself better and identify what makes act, react or make decisions the way you do. 

Through introspective sessions, I will help you pinpoint and heal from past pain, working closely with you in finding the best way of dealing with emotional triggers and obstacles holding you back. The first step of moving forward lies in forgiving yourself and everyone around you for everything that happened in the past and letting go so you can live fully in the present.
